My role

On one hand as a lead Flutter Developer, I provided technical leadership, setting the development direction, defining coding standards, and ensuring the project's overall success from a technical perspective. On the other hand I actively participated in feature development during the entire app development. We had an agile team that consisted of three Flutter developers, two backends, one QA, one UI/UX and a PM.
